What type of packages do you offer?We offer a variety of different packages based of your needs within the State of Maine including: Beer and wine only packages Beer, wine and liquor packages Fully hosted bars Split services (hosted for one hour, switching to cash bar) Cash and CC bars If you have further questions about our packages and pricing we encourage you to head over to the contact page and send us an inquiry.

Where are you located and how far will you travel for an event?We are located in Wells, ME and any event within 15 miles of 04090 has free delivery. Outside of 15 miles we charge $2 a mile up to 150 miles. Beyond 150 miles we require a few more details so please inquire but do not let this deter you; we love a good road trip!

Can we book you for an event not located in Maine?Yes! A few details may change but largely the process is not affected, we just require the alcohol that is consumed at your event be bought in the same state the event is being held.

How big is this thing anyway?Great question, having a combined bar and lounge option requires quite a bit of space. Our Airstream is about 30 feet long, 8 feet wide and 9’6” tall which means we need at least 45 feet to back into the right spot for your event. If you have any questions about spacing and location we would be happy to come check out your location within 30 miles of 04090.

What are the limiting restrictions for location set up?We require a pretty flat area to set up on, no more than a 5 degree pitch. We also need to be able to maneuver into the final location that you’d like us to set up at. This means no tight corners and atleast 9’6” of height clearance from trees and overhangs. If you have questions or are concerned that your situation is a close call, please reach out and we would be happy to take a closer look.

Do you require a power hook up?Having access to a standard 110V outlet is very convenient and will go quite far in making things easier for your event. However, we can provide a quiet generator for an added cost.

Do you have a liquor license?For events located within the state of Maine in 2025 and beyond our liquor license will cover all facets of mobile bar services, including beer, wine and Liqour. This combined with full liquor liability insurance means that we are covered from all angles to handle whatever package bar you are looking for. If your event is outside the state of Maine we are not allowed to purchase and resell alcohol and our services become what is considered a dry hire. This means that you are paying for the trailer rental (lounge included), custom menu curations, professional fully insured and licensed bartending services and everything that is needed to make a bar function excluding the alcohol.

Can you help us with planning our bar menu and beverage service?Yes of course! This is where we shine, after all we are a cocktail club! We’ve been planning event bars for years. Let’s work together to make your event exactly what you are imagining.

Our venue has a liquor license, can you serve their alcohol?Unfortunately our bartenders cannot serve the venue’s alcohol, but if you’d like to use the venue's bartenders to serve their alcohol we can arrange to rent you our trailer at an hourly rental rate.

What type of events do you serve?Although weddings are our most popular, we can serve anything you can imagine! Birthdays, anniversaries, lobster bakes, corporate events; you dream it and we can make almost anything happen.

How far out do you book and should we book early?Yes you should book as soon as possible so we can lock in your date! We are currently booking for 2025 and 2026.

How much does renting the Tin Can Cocktail Club Cost?In order to accurately answer this question better we need details about your occasion/event. What is the payment process once we’ve decided to book our event?In order to secure your date we require a $500 deposit, should you decide to cancel your event this deposit is non refundable. 30 days prior to your event 50% of the total bill will be due, the remaining balance will be due the day of your event.
