HOSPITALITY ROOTS
We are a Brother and Sister who have made the decision to mix business with family. Together we started this business with the goal of bringing an elevated mobile bar service focusing largely in Maine but ultimately to the entire New England area.
MEET THE TEAM

Originally from New England, Ross pursued his passion for the outdoors after graduating from the University of Maine at Farmington, journeying west to explore every possible dirt road and embrace nature's beauty. With brief stints in Oregon, Utah, Nevada, Baja, and various Caribbean islands, he eventually settled in Lake Tahoe, California, for 10 years. During this time, he worked exclusively within the events industry, bartending, managing, and executing over 500 weddings, primarily with The Ritz Carlton. In 2024, Ross made the decision to return to Maine to be closer to family and establish his own business.

Jes
They say 'oldest sibling,' but Jes claims 'wisest.' A Massachusetts native, Jes boasts over 20 years of service industry and sales experience. Outside work, she's an avid camper, fitness enthusiast (you'll catch her smiling while running), dog lover, and cocktail aficionado. When Ross pitched the business venture, it took Jes just 24 hours to be 'all in'—it simply made sense. With a deep affinity for Airstreams, Jes will be working behind the scenes, ensuring the best possible experience for clients. Share your event vision with her, and she'll strive to make it a reality.

Tina
Meet Tina, as in Tin Can-Tina our 1970 Airstream Land Yacht. Although we do not know a whole lot about Tina before 2016 we do know that she was registered with the Airstream Club International (ACI) as club member 25109. In 2016 she went under an extensive $60K renovation in Raleigh, NC in which the entire exterior “skin” was separated from her chassis and put on an entirely new frame with a new interior structure. She was used as a show room for an apparel company for a few years before she was sold to a couple outside of Wilmington, NC. She was loved dearly in her new role largely as a photo booth for the better half of 5 years. In September of 2023 we purchased her with a single requirement from the previous owners, to take good care of her and make lots of memories, that’s exactly what we intend to do! In spring of 2024 we gave her a little makeover, adding an interior bar, some plumbing, a duel tap system for kegs and a few cosmetic details. We can’t wait to share her with you!
