VENDOR SERVICES

Breweries, expo centers, music & wedding venues; need a temporary bar to handle a special event, larger than normal volume or simply looking to liven up the atmosphere? We offer affordable daily rates that won't affect your bottom line. We supply the bar you supply everything else.

We are a full service mobile bar within the State of Maine carrying a Class 1 Liquor License and are required by the State to go through distributors in order to provide alcohol at your event. We are fully insured carrying both liquor & general liability insurance and we handle all necessary permits pertaining to alcohol.

 

When traveling outside the state of Maine our services become "dry hire" meaning we cannot provide alcohol for your event but we still provide all of the items listed below. We provide you with a detailed shopping list of alcohol based on your guest count, duration of the event and any preferences you may have. On the day of your event we collect the alcohol from you and handle the rest.

Included in all private and public events is one BABLO certified bartender and all of the items necessary for a bar to function including, ice, mixers, NA beverages, garnishes, bar tools, napkins, straws, disposable plasticware, and a water station. Once booked we schedule a beverage consultation with you to personalize your beverage menu and gather all necessary details surrounding the event.

On top of being a full service mobile bar we boast the only mobile bar in New England with an interior bar & lounge and it comes standard with our Airstream rental creating an additional space within your event for your guests to enjoy.

Our mobile bar includes a cozy lounge and a small, charming interior bar. The lounge accommodates

6-8 people comfortably, offering an intimate atmosphere for friends and family to catch up. The interior bar seats 2-3 people and allows your guests to interact with our knowledgeable bartenders and enjoy crafted cocktails. Additionally, we welcome the opportunity to personalize the lounge with small mementos or accommodate other customization requests upon inquiry.

Although we try our hardest to replicate what you see in our photos for every event, there are times when our lounge set up may differ due to stained, lost or damaged items.

Need bartenders for an event without our Airstream? We got you. Our liquor license allows us to bring alcohol with us even without our beloved Tina. Inquire via our contact page and we will get the ball rolling on curating a menu for you.
